Pros

This company has really turned things around for the best, you can see the changes in the past few years that have been for the good of the employees. Not to mention, the GOOD that Mr. Bill Fischer has tried to implement. He's like Santa, you dont really see him but we know he is watching and praising our efforts. Management has changed for the better, we are no longer a sweatshop kind of leadership. HR brought has made it a point to change the culture, raise diversity awareness, equal rights for women in the workplace such as hiring women in the pressroom...they even have women driving forklifts!!! 5 years ago none of this existed. Recently we loss 2 employees to sudden natural caused deaths and Mr. Bill helped the family of their loved ones. Anytime one of us has had a family emergency, sudden illness, and even cancer Mr. Bill has always provided support for us all. This year we all received a great amount of money as a Christmas bonus in cash. Not many compannies do that anymore. I dont really take the time to do surveys but i wanted to take the time to show my appreciation and the appreciation of many others for this family owned company. Its not common for employees to feel like part of a family at work. Management has really improved in that aspect and many more!

Cons

negative employees need to go, they bring down the morale of good employees!

Pros

I don't have anything to say

Cons

There is a concerning trend in the behavior of upper management. There seems to be a lack of accountability at the leadership level, which often trickles down to the rest of the team. When mistakes are made, rather than focusing on solutions or supporting employees through the learning process, management is quick to assign blame, issue write-ups, and sometimes even terminate employees without clear reasoning. This creates an environment of fear and instability, and leads to a high employee turnover rate. Everyone makes mistakes, but a more constructive approach to handling them could foster growth and a healthier work culture. It's disappointing to see such high turnover, and I believe the company could benefit greatly from more professional, accountable leadership."
