Pros

My coworkers are amazing, super easy to get along with the Supervisors. Everyone got along really well, this place has monthly celebrations which was really cool to see everyone getting along and hanging out after work and attending baseball events, games, Knot's Scary farm, Christmas parties, etc. The work was easy, dealing with customers and using creative talent was never frowned upon on. Sky is the limit for a Designer!

Cons

Staff is amazing but unfortunately I had to quit due to the fear of the safety of my coworkers and myself. Ownership lacks the care and concern needed when one of the owners (3 brothers) is violent and walking around with a visible loaded gun in an effort to intimidate others. I was recently caught in the middle of a full blown brawl between two of the owners, when one decided to pull the gun on the other. I called the cops, and nothing was done because he was on vacation the next day. Stay away, stay alive, do not work here unless you have a bullet proof vest. Gun was left in the mens bathroom one day, as if it was no big deal.

There is a concerning trend in the behavior of upper management. There seems to be a lack of accountability at the leadership level, which often trickles down to the rest of the team. When mistakes are made, rather than focusing on solutions or supporting employees through the learning process, management is quick to assign blame, issue write-ups, and sometimes even terminate employees without clear reasoning. This creates an environment of fear and instability, and leads to a high employee turnover rate. Everyone makes mistakes, but a more constructive approach to handling them could foster growth and a healthier work culture. It's disappointing to see such high turnover, and I believe the company could benefit greatly from more professional, accountable leadership."
