Pros
I can actually say I've learned from working at Fisher Printing. I've gotten to better my time management skills, learned how to better work within a team and how to leverage stress from needy customers (That's just me, everyone is different). All of my coworkers have also really grown on me and I think they're one of the best things that I've come cherish from working there. Other than that, if you like working I'm a fast paced and quick turnaround environment, this is the place for you.
Cons
My personal advice would be to not consider this a long term place of work. There's a lot of needy customers and not enough time to get things done. As others have stated, there's no room for growth or development and the pay really isn't that great. As well as having to be super careful to with errors, since you can get a talking to or even get written up for the smallest of things.
