Pros
This is a good company if you are the type who likes to do the same thing every day just for a paycheck. If you are a go-getter with aspirations for more than just a paycheck, like maybe some personal growth or an upward moving career path, this is not the company for you. There is not much support for cross-training or movement in the company and the size of the company leads to employees being viewed as a commodity rather than as human.
Cons
The number one problem is the operating system. It is so slow that you will spend at least half of your day watching the little blue circle spin and spin until the page finally loads. When you run a report, there is no guarantee that the information exported from the system is accurate and if you run the same report five minutes later it will not provide the same information. Additionally, there is too much overhead and too many managers that are not engaged in the day-to-day operations of the company. If you approach your manager with an issue, they are likely to tell you to document it and give them proof, but once you go through all the effort and give them what they ask, there is never any improvement. The main focus is on making monthly and quarterly numbers regardless of the issues the employees might face to reach those numbers.
