Pros
Get to travel as much as you want (and maybe also too much, even if you don't want that). Nice working place, close to public train station and busses, highway/major roads etc. Employer development program is like other companies of this size, no big changes here. If you've been there more than 10 years, they'll probably want to keep you for as long as possible because the learning curve is steep. On the other hand, they also fired a some of these experienced people. Good canteen(s) - nice food.
Cons
Not the best managers I've met - more focused on their own career than on developing the department. Lots of stupid meetings and stupid KPIs in customer service, where a lot of registration should be done. Lack of support and understanding from bosses and a lot of outsourcing to cheaper development countries.
