Great job security, good pay, great benefits, great colleagues, good working conditions, state of the art equipment and tools,
Cons
Can get noisy at times, mis communication between departments, other departments don't meet deadlines or have good deliverables for us so we are hounded to try to hurry and get done when it's not our fault that the deadline isn't met.
