Pros
The people and friendships are the only reason people stay. The SLC facilities and location are nice and convenient .
Cons
Horrible middle and upper management. Completely driven by EBITA scores and don't care about the people. Excessive layoffs where employees were told 40% of layoffs would be management. No management has been laid off to date. Management hires and promotes friends and family, not who is qualified. Inappropriate relationships between management and employees and when reported we are told to let it go. I personally went 6 month where my manager didn't speak to me. Horrible company.
