Workplace culture is very unhealthy. Gossip and badmouthing colleagues is a frequently deployed tactic by shallow middle management to rise upwards. There is a significant gender pay gap, as revealed "accidentally" by a leak of people's salaries (major GDPR issue) and then openly discussed by the so called "manager". Executive management condones wrongdoing as long as their interests are served. Policies are breached all the time with no consequences. Processes are weak and controls completely absent which promotes fraudulent behaviour.
