Pros
Good location, decent food in the canteen and alright pay
Cons
I've been in the company for several years, and I keep getting increasingly surprised by how disorganised, untrustworthy and toxic this place is. There are a lot of things to be mentioned, but to state a few: 1) The culture of money>people: Top management does not care about the people, and it shows time and time again, from cancelling training opportunities to laying off people to rehire for the same position in a cheaper country or straight up lying to the employees during internal meetings/town halls. 2) fake 'we care' communication: pretentious sustainability-focus claims and achievements while the org changes over the years proved the exact opposite of sustainability-focus 3) lack of processes across the organisation: don't expect onboarding, that's not how it's done here 4) the atmosphere of fear: no stability whatsoever, no one knows what's going to happen tomorrow, not even the senior leadership 5) the only focus is the share price, and to increase it, every employee will be squeezed to the max, no matter the cost; burn-outs and sick leaves are so typical here It's a shame because some great people within the organisation were genuinely passionate about improving the industry. Still, top management destroyed it with a swing of a hand.
