Hybrid work arrangement if your manager allows that, pretty decent health insurance.
Cons
-job instability -not getting recognized for your work -horrible culture -the hourly/blue collar people run that place -upper management cares more about the $$, not the people trying to help make it a better place to work. -people in management that have no business being there, no people management experience at all -constant reorganizations; they do not think changes through at all; they have an idea, implement it, then think about how to get it done AFTER the change is made -nepotism -inappropriate relationships at high levels -never ask people supporting the sites what they think should be done to improve the business.
