Pros
Almost everyone that I can think of held themselves personally accountable for each job that came across their screen during the day. Everyone was trying to keep production rolling with as few mistakes as possible, and if you needed help, then it didn't seem like a hassle to ask somebody for it.
Cons
Working for customers and clients that would refuse to learn a process that would help them and us in the long run. YouTube and WikiHow tutorials and answers exist for almost every design program question out there.
