I apologize your experience with FM went the way that it did. However, these issues you are speaking of with waiting for up to 2 hours are just not true. We have fully staffed national sales manager pod and we stive to get calls out to reps on the line as quickly as possible. If you had to wait a little longer it is due to the process of building the quote for the merchant to make sure we are accurate with our numbers we are providing to them. In those time we do ask reps to take time to allow the business owner to get back to work while we complete our review and then get them back on the line to help them see what we can do for their business. Most of our reps that are out getting business within the first week benifit from the quote bonuses offered for all new reps, weekly pay, and then commission once deals are closed. It is a sales posistion so if your pipeline is not full, you will wait for a period of time to make the pay outside of the weekly and bonsuses we offer.
