Excellent training invested, Excellent people, opportunities to move around, Manufacture process from concept design to finished product all under one roof practically, Last to lay off during hard times
Cons
Pays lower than most other competitors on average, HR was given to much power to control advancement, pay raise, and position for individual employee rather than letting management. Will not fight to keep tenured employees. Good Ole Boy system was intact for a long, long, long time.
