Pros
HR policies are very positive and has some excellent technology and systems in place. There isn't a great deal of pressure on staff to perform. Generic training and induction are well organised and delivered.
Cons
The policies don't seem to be followed through at every level of the business, the systems aren't utilised, everything done in an old fashioned manner. The training within department by department managers is poor if it exists. While there is no pressure on staff there is also a lack of actual professional development and skillset.
