Pros

Floor employees were nice to work with and helpful. Fair wage and benefits and good referral program but that is really it. Occasional free lunch as a means of bribery.

Cons

Everything else is a con. I was hired into a specific role; and they had me do everything but what I was hired for. I tried to speak with management but they basically lied as they do to all and made up some story. Safety is a joke and quality suffers as a result. They have no clue what an engineer or someone in purchasing actually does. Management are all puppets and from the top on down the place is poorly run. Support staff is powerless to try and improve things and are rendered useless. Working here is like working in a Russian plant I would imagine. My advice is to look elsewhere unless you want to look for another job in 2 months or less or like being told what you can do and when you can do it.

Pros

US-based manufacturer of architectural finishes, systems, and outdoor furnishings. Beautiful products and good management. Straightforward and high yielding commission structure.

Cons

Managers have very strong personalities. Yearly raises would be nice.

Pros

Steady hours, reasonable starting wages and benefits. Reasonable on the job training for inexperienced welders finishers and material handlers.

Cons

Toxic culture in upper management with a don't rock the boat mentality. Little to no upward mobility. Little emphasis on safety until someone is injured and they may be subject to liability. They will fire people for voicing legitimate safety concerns. Raises are nonnegotiable and would never exceed 2%.

Creating an environment where employees across all departments—production, maintenance, engineering, and support roles—can learn and grow is a key priority for us. We understand that workplace culture and communication are critical, and we are actively working to improve transparency, leadership engagement, and consistency in how policies are applied. We would also like to clarify that our company does not penalize employees for using approved PTO.
