      - Good starting salary - You'll learn a lot quickly with all the responsibilities you're asked to cover

      Cons

      - Raises don't match employee market value - No cost of living raises in high inflation years, even with company making record breaking profits - High health insurance deductible - No discussion of future career growth within the company

      Pros

      Very friendly and helpful peers. Employee ownership is a true benefit financially and culturally, there is a true sense of ownership top down.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, management micro-manages activity and hyper critical. Onboarding was slow and somehow there was still expectation for high activity.
