      Pros

      The brand, the CEO, ESOP.,..from top to bottom are fantastic. Yes, AV projects all come with challenges but the people here CARE. Even when work is hard and possibly not going right, the motto is "we have to do what is best for the customer". I'm proud to be part of the evolving team...down with the rest! Additionally, the ESOP rocks. This year, I received a 12k bump in my 401k...What competition can say that? zero, none, zilch...doesn't exist.

      Cons

      AV is challenging otherwise everyone would be doing it. The ERP system feels dated but it does work well once you get the hang of the nuances.

      Pros

      Very friendly and helpful peers. Employee ownership is a true benefit financially and culturally, there is a true sense of ownership top down.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, management micro-manages activity and hyper critical. Onboarding was slow and somehow there was still expectation for high activity.
