      Diversity is the major pros for this company. They follow all festivals and maintain good culture.

      Cons

      Worst HR system - if you are joining then you are the best one but once you drop a paper then they make a U- turn and stop giving you any support. Full and final will also take more than 45 days

      Can be a lot of driving and wear and tear on car (mileage is paid for long distance travel from Auburn Hills)
