      Poor management decisions Favoritism towards certain people who are people pleasing Revenge of direct manager if you are speaking your truth Not open to receive feedback Not transparent towards company decisions Salary increase missing/not communicated or delayed and will be received in form of a “special bonus” after months. So, if you are leaving the company, bad luck.
