Pros

A very lovely well thought out mission statement that makes everyone feel good. If you are religious and like receiving 3-4 emails a week from the CEO for "needed prayers" then this is the place for you. The company is trying to bring in new blood and implement some standard hiring practices. Good insurance plan. Growing and expanding at the seams! Promote from within.

Cons

1. Circulated prayer emails from the CEO are not work-place appropriate! 2. Workplace bullying DOES occur from some managers and the company allows it irregardless of huge turn over. HR is well aware and incestuous loyalty gets in the way. 3. No TEAM environment due to the nature of the work. Corporate office is mostly accountants and analysts. People are like contractors. They come in, put on their head phones (most people wear them) and then they go home. 4. Extremely inappropriate work place conversations held in open spaces and in earshot of mixed company at the corporate office, specifically among co-workers who have worked together for many, many years. 5. Too much work place individuality (decorations, photos, etc.) is frowned on. 6. Over crowding at the corporate office! Some people are sitting in a hallway or the conference room. Growth is good but waiting another 6 months to a year is a bit unreasonable to find an appropriate work space is a bit much. 7. Company struggles with old and outdated systems that are inefficient and wasteful. 8. Very conservative company with strict dress code standards.
