Employees with a lack of work ethic and bad attitude tend to stick around and cause problems for other staff members and residents. Training does not start until way after your hire date and once it does start, it is very spread out. Not having training when you first start is very nerve-wrecking because you don't know what to do for each report due and to submit things such as petty cash and when you ask about it, you're told to go look up step by step instructions on the "intranet". I spent so much time looking things up on the "intranet" that could have easily been learned in a training at the beginning but sadly that was not offered. The training is good once you do get it but it takes forever to get there.
