Pros

There is truly not enough space to express all the pros to working for this amazing company. The main ones would be 1. Puts Home Life Balance First 2. Truly Loves their Employees and make sure we know it regularly.

Cons

There is always cons in every job as no employment is perfect but the pros far out weigh the cons so its not even worth putting the cons down.

Raise and housing is determined by ownership which can be hard to advocate for for yourself

I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

Cons

Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
