      So many resources available to you for aid. If you don't know something or a process, you have a community ready to aid you.

      Cons

      Sometimes the pay offered to someone from outside the company for a higher position exceeds what they would offer to someone working their way up, but that's pretty common in all companies.

      Raise and housing is determined by ownership which can be hard to advocate for for yourself

      I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

      Cons

      Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
