      Good pay and potential for room to grow.

      Cons

      Health insurance for a family is $1150/mo and up. That's not sustainable. Forcing me to look elsewhere for employment.

      I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

      Cons

      Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
