      Free benefits, bonus structures, vacation/sick time, paid holidays

      Cons

      I think most of the employees make less then they are worth. Upper Management makes great money but I think the company would benefit from paying their lower level employees a competitive wage.

      Raise and housing is determined by ownership which can be hard to advocate for for yourself

      I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

      Cons

      Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
