      Pay is less than most all competitive companies. The owner of your property/Portfolio Manager will greatly influence how you view this company.

      Free base insurance, supportive team, monthly safety meetings and lunch, PTO accrual rates,

      Raise and housing is determined by ownership which can be hard to advocate for for yourself

      I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

      Cons

      Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
