      Pros

      Great opportunity for a well educated and skilled accountant to practice their craft. Lots of work to be competed and the day simply fly's by.

      Cons

      Main issue I've had is with trying to explain accounting practices and procedures to non accountants.

      Free base insurance, supportive team, monthly safety meetings and lunch, PTO accrual rates,

      Raise and housing is determined by ownership which can be hard to advocate for for yourself

      I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

      Cons

      Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
