      Great pay when bonuses are factored in. Many communities are wonderful.

      Cons

      Varies by community. Some owners are incompetent and only make your job unnecessarily difficult. You may see residents at their worst. Angry or on drugs.

      Raise and housing is determined by ownership which can be hard to advocate for for yourself

      I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

      Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
