      The work environment is truly a TEAM effort. The employee benefits are AMAZING! FPI has several training courses that assist, encourage, and create a better working team for any level of position.

      Cons

      The 401K program could be better.

      I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

      Cons

      Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
