      Pros

      FPI gives you lots of virtual and in person trainings you can attend. They have competitive pay for mid level and upper level positions. Trainers are positive and helpful. They follow all laws and regulations. FPI also offers wonderful benefits at low cost.

      Cons

      They are not strict enough with policies that aren't followed. They promote people to quickly with out proper testing to make sure they understand all aspects of position. Some people who work for FPI have no drive and are just here for a paycheck. Not everyone at corporate level treats onsite staff with respect.

      Free base insurance, supportive team, monthly safety meetings and lunch, PTO accrual rates,

      Raise and housing is determined by ownership which can be hard to advocate for for yourself

      I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

      Cons

      Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
