This has been an ever growing list that though I've tried to remain positive I cannot at this point:
-I asked for a temporary schedule change due to increased stress and was approved, immediately I was harassed by upper-management daily on when my normal schedule would resume, I worked the accommodated schedule sporadically twice when it was originally planned to last at least 2 months.
-My partner became sick so to be cautious with the current pandemic we thought it best for me to quarantine. I asked daily if it were possible to telecommute from home and was denied, using up all of my sick and vacation time.
-I began to have major heart issues in my early 20s due to the aforementioned heavy stress, causing me to fall deeper into a financial hole.
- Out of vacation time and thousands of dollars due to medical bills, I was unable to make it to my brother's wedding.
-I had a non-COVID related symptom and had to quarantine again, this time they allowed me to telecommute after I signed their agreement which was made back at the beginning of the pandemic meaning it was an available option during the first quarantine. I was micromanaged daily, even though I've never had an issue with needing to be reminded on what to do.
