      Pros

      On-site level camaraderie of trust, understanding and community.

      Cons

      Insufficient, confusing, or scattered communication. Clique-ish, exclusion and gossipy behavior at director, portfolio managers and management level. No mentorship, no opportunity for growth, unless you know the right people. It's been said people don't quit jobs, they quit a hierarchy of bad bosses.

      I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

      Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
