They don’t promote from within they promote from the high school click - Community Director FPI Management Employee Review

I have worked for FPI for five years I have given them everything, been stressed out, worked weekends and don’t sleep at night because my job comes first!!! I have made connections in several county’s under under several directors and have been promised a area supervisor or p.m. position more than once!! but instead they continue to promote people who are buddy buddy with a PM or director instead of the people who are qualified to do the job. This is why they continue to lose devoted employees
