      Pros

      Excellent leadership and growth opportunities. Geninuely the nicest group of people I've ever worked with. Very supportive and willing to go above and beyond to help each other even when staffing is tight across the industry.

      Cons

      No 401K match. Also, property management is an industry that requires lots of interaction with difficult residents.

      I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

      Cons

      Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
