Toxic management - Maintenance Technician FPI Management Employee Review

Toxic management always blaming supervisors for work not completed in time but yet wont invest in hiring another guy on the team when you got one guy doing turns, grounds, and work orders. Also the pay sucks, knew a supervisor that worked 15+ years and was getting low pay. Also he would clock out and continue to work meanwhile his supervisor knew about this but acted like nothing was happening and to this day he’s still doing it.
