      My ACD is amazing!! She is very supportive

      Regardless of how hard you work you get the same pay increase as everyone else it doesn’t even equal .50 cent

      Raise and housing is determined by ownership which can be hard to advocate for for yourself

      I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

      Cons

      Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
