Confidence and Second Chances - Housekeeper/Cleaner FPI Management Employee Review

I work for a 55 and over community and while it is physically hard to get up and get going for work; due to a new diagnosed health condition which physically limits and in some cases prevents me from being mobile. The residents at the Vintage of the Crossings Community really give me the drive to keep pushing through the physical pain, with there kind words of encouragement and constant praising they really really give me that extra bit of motivation I am not able to give to myself most of the time. I am truly grateful for these amazing residents I get to clean for everyday. I would like to also show recognition to the Community Director seeing as i am probably not the easiest to manage with my condition and yet my director still seems to show me compassion and empathy while still following policy and procedure. I appreciate her grace and subtle soft way she has when interacting with myself and others.
