Pros

FPI managed a lot of properties in the area, so you had some room for growth and opportunity.

Cons

I worked for FPI Management for a few years and found the employee culture to be non-existent. It was mostly an environment of work overtime and party or drink or you’re not considered cool. Very odd environment, it felt more like Highschool. There were a couple corporate associates who cared and put effort into making lower associates feel welcome and supported.

Pros

I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

Cons

Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
