Pros

Apparently an endless amount of money

Cons

Money which they waste by having a revolving door employment. They have a lot of difficulty retaining employees because they show so much responsibility into their laps on hire and do not provide them with the tools they need to succeed. I work in an office that STILL does not have a working phone despite pleas. Communication seems to be one way and the upper part of the company definitely is more concerned with image than they are with substance. They blow an incredible amount of money hiring on contractors instead of raising their pay rate just a few dollars on average. I even work at a property where I find out news about what's going on with the property from outside the organization through the press. Only after I inquire about something do I find out. The CEO bombards us with his religion on a daily basis.
