You'll have the opportunity to learn the basics, and that truly is it.

Cons

Competing property management companies tend to view FPI Talent as being at the bottom of the ladder. Therefore, finding employment after working with them might be challenging because of their reputation in the talent industry. It is advisable to keep searching and researching the company, visiting two or three sites, and assessing yourself. To move up in the company, you will need to have a good sense of humor and act conservatively, even if it means being inauthentic. FPI Talent is not a great place for personal growth. There is no company culture, and if you are a person of color, you will likely be undervalued, despite your qualifications. Over the years, I have witnessed several successful lawsuits won on that basis. In reality, the company has no interest in being inclusive; it's all marketing and HR jargon.

I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

Cons

Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
