Pros

I liked the people I worked with on the sites.

Cons

Never fully staffed on sister properties for my entire tenure. My tenure was long. When you have legal obligations to tenants as a landlord, someone has to take the workload when an emergency happens. They happen all the time when you're on the hook for multiple places. It was tough regularly losing family time due to having to work countless places I didn't apply for. It's not ok to normalize that and keep doing it to someone for years.

Pros

I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

Cons

Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
