Pros

Very supportive and understanding supervisors. Flexible when personal needs come up. I never feel like I am not allowed to do overtime when it's needed to meet deadlines. I next to never sit around with nothing to do. Good training when onboarding. This was a huge green flag for me. I'm never asked to do something new without some guidance and I never feel afraid to ask additional questions when they come up. I don't feel micro managed. Fair compensation. Willing to let go of clients that are not easy to work with. Willing to go above and beyond for good clients. Higher ups are always humble enough to ask for feedback to improve. They actually listen too! This millennial may have watched too many TikToks addressing toxic workplaces and thanking my lucky stars it never applies here.

Cons

There is a sense that the company is growing faster than it can hire and train quality staff. Ultimately this impacts the supervisors more than anyone but will occasionally affect property accountants. 401K offered but no matching if that's important for you to know.

I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

Cons

Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
