      Pros

      FPI is truly family. They care about their employees and give them support whenever needed. H.E.A.R.T isn't just a mission statement it's lived for the top to the bottom. If you are looking for a company that cares, doesn't treat you like you just another number and is is happy that you are part of the team then FPI Management is the place for you!

      Cons

      The work life balance can be a bit hinky at times but over all a great place to work.

      I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

      Cons

      Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
