Pros

You have a job, and maybe you can salvage something from your time spent with them based on the customer you're supporting.

Cons

- No raises or upward mobility (how do you expect to maintain retention without giving anyone a reason to stay?) - Definitely not doing what I was expecting to do, not even a fraction of what my expectations were. The position can be equated to a desk jockey/assistant type position. That job title needs to be revised. - The pay is embarrassingly low, especially coming in with much of the requirements and then some set by the government that they needed in order to fill the seat (i.e. an already existing clearance saves the company money and time). - I forget that leadership within FSA even exists considering the lack of communication. - Not a big deal to me, but when you cut "benefits" unexpectedly, I mean...you let me know what you think about that. - Did I mention the job is more of a desk jockey job unlike what you'd believe it be? Overall, I was not impressed nor was I satisfied with my time working the contract I had.
