      Pros

      Pay is decent when you move passed being an entry level analyst Contracts are pretty steady Benefits are ok, wish pto started a little higher

      Cons

      The background investigation took forever, but that could have been the customer Management can be set in their ways and resistant to change

Our employees have an excellent performance track record and, as a result, we have been able to maintain several contracts over the years and provide our employees with stable employment.
