      Pros

      The best reason to work for this company is to be able to work within the agencies they support. While you are a government contractor, the contract is permanent, typically negotiated every 7 years so you have job security

      Cons

      The downside is that you are a government contractor. Worse is the positions do not have potential for growth, no raises or promotions.

      Thank you for your review. FSA's track record of excellent performance and customer satisfaction has allowed us to provide long-term job security for many employees. Our pay rates are set according to our contracts and the Department of Labor; however, whenever it is possible for us to increase pay rates for employees, we will. We are also continuously looking for opportunities to reward our employees and encourage them to apply for higher paying job categories when appropriate.       Not much communication. Deal mostly with customer
