Our labor categories and salary ranges are set according to our contracts and customer requirements. Whenever it is possible for us to increase salaries for employees, we do. Additionally, we encourage employees to apply for higher level labor categories, when appropriate. In fact, a number of FSA employees have “stepped up the ladder” from Data Analysts all the way to Project Directors and Agency Managers. If you feel there may be a need for a different labor category based on customer requirements at your current work location, we encourage you to speak with your FSA Supervisor and/or Senior Manager.
