Management pretty much left you alone to do your work.

Cons

Poor management, no follow through in the Hillsboro, OR office. No support from management. Would say one thing and do another. Low pay, no raise for two years.

-Per diem paid out for up to a year long project -Per diem is very generous -Management doesn't micromanage -Can learn a lot in a short amount of time -Can be assigned remote locations -Can travel often or take more long term assignments -Medium sized company but feels like a much smaller one -Amount of networking opportunities is insane -Every project is negotiable regarding per diem and travel back home -Feels like I run my own business inside a bigger company

-No time for training (Baptism by Fire) -Can be assigned in remote locations -Good or Bad Experience depends FST's customer
