Almost no time off, underpayed for anyone with a degree, only care about FPQ results, are under hitachis thumb, don’t understand the work that you are actually doing on site. All typical contractor problems

-Per diem paid out for up to a year long project -Per diem is very generous -Management doesn't micromanage -Can learn a lot in a short amount of time -Can be assigned remote locations -Can travel often or take more long term assignments -Medium sized company but feels like a much smaller one -Amount of networking opportunities is insane -Every project is negotiable regarding per diem and travel back home -Feels like I run my own business inside a bigger company

-No time for training (Baptism by Fire) -Can be assigned in remote locations -Good or Bad Experience depends FST's customer
