Small company with a family type atmosphere, flexible hours, casual attire, great health benefits (the best I've ever seen), and food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. People tend to stay for 10-20+ years because they enjoy all of the great benefits.

Cons

Pay could be higher, and the office could be modernized.
